It is only through all the vicissitudes of the past century could Tsinghua campus gain her magnificence and beauty. Just good fortune would never make her listed among the most beautiful campuses in the world. But rather, it is achieved through the relentless effort and painstaking care by generations of Tsinghua people. Mr. Guan Zhaoye has been playing a pivotal role in this among all the architects and scholars who have contributed greatly to the Tsinghua campus, and his works are more than just impressive in terms of their extensive time span, considerable amount, planning ingenuity and design elegance. This exhibition gathers together Mr. Guan Zhaoye's practices in Tsinghua during the past decades through architectural models, drawings, sketches, photos as well as videos.
