Exhibition Profile

Sincerely Yours: Personal Letters from Tsinghua Scholars, one of the initial exhibitions when Tsinghua University Art Museum opened in 2016, was particularly impressive to the audience. Under an emotional public appeal from alumni and the public, we have made adjustment to the academic structure and display design of this exhibition for its rebirth. Different from biography and historical records, Chi Su(letters, notes and manuscripts) is trivial but invested with deep significance and  full of vivid details, presenting the strong character and great ambition of these scholars. Their handwritings are priceless historical records. Thanks to Archives of Tsinghua University, History Museum of Tsinghua University and other collectors for your support so that we could get quite close to these originals of masters. There is infinite space on the letter paper for them to put their heart into words. We should like to extend cordial greetings and the highest consideration to the alumni who dedicated their body and soul to our country with the motto of Self-discipline and Social Commitmentand the spirit of Actions Speak Louder Than Words. At the same time, we avail ourselves of this opportunity to extend our deep admiration and to pay our tribute to these outstanding representatives of Tsinghua scholars.
