As the highlight of the museum, “Dialogue with Leonardo da Vinci / The 4th Art & Science International Exhibition” received the most attention on the opening day. After two years of careful planning by Tsinghua University Art Museum, this special exhibition is the largest public display of da Vinci’s authentic original sketches outside of Italy. In addition to da Vinci’s 60 original sketches, design models, and the famous oil painting, The Last Supper (around 1611-1616, reproduced by Vespino),  contemporary video artworks and installations from “The 4th Art & Science International Exhibition” are also included in the exhibit. In the da Vinci exhibition hall, not only can visitors feast their eyes on da Vinci’s original works, but they can also thoroughly analyze The Last Supper with the help of interactive video facilities.
